  • Arrange for our agents to tour and become familiar with your house ensuring they can knowledgeably promote it to buyers and other agents.
  • Arrange to have a "For Sale" sign posted on your property within a week.
  • Advertise your property in the appropriate media.
  • Follow-up on all showings and obtain comments from agents and potential buyers.
  • Keep you informed of all activity and share comments from agents/buyers.
  • Create a list of features and benefits of your home for agents and buyers.
  • Continually update you with any changes in the marketplace that could affect your sale.
