Outdoors:
Lawn should be mowed and steps should be swept
Walkway to front door should be in good repair
Shutters and broken windows should be repaired
Shrubs and plants should be pruned and trimmed

Living Area:
Remove unnecessary accessories and knickknacks to create an area that will help the buyer visualize their belongings.

Kitchen:
Remove as many items as possible from the countertops
Repair any chipped tile or grout
Remove fingerprints and food spillage from appliances
Remove photos, notes, etc. from refrigerator door
Sink should be empty and clean
Kitchen floor should be washed and waxed
