Prestige Properties Asset Management, (PPAM), a division of Prestige Properties, was founded in 1986 and has listed, sold and closed over 30,000 REO's for lenders throughout the country (press for client list). PPAM is Connecticut's largest independent REO Real Estate firm providing statewide service with 7 office locations in all counties. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to provide optimum service to our clients.

Our philosophy is to manage your account through a "team" effort with dedicated team leader as the single point of contact. Since our clients have specific needs, we custom tailor our services to your account while remaining flexible in adapting to REO industry changes. The benefit of PPAM is not only our REO expertise, but also the marketing resources of one of State's largest independent residential sales offices, Prestige Properties. Our residential agents have been specially trained to sell REO's and have an understanding of "As Is" restrictions in contracts, verification of funds, credit and pre-qualifications and corporate addenda. PPAM staff is at all times up-to-date with current Connecticut eviction, foreclosure and tenancy laws. PPAM has developed and maintains exclusive rights to "Office Tracker". Our networked tracking system enables us to fully monitor the statuses of all assets at all times. Our firm maintains memberships in every Multiple Listing Service through every Board of Realtors in Connecticut. This assures our clients maximum exposure in the proper MLS.
